The image to the left is a combine by Robert Rauschenberg called Bed. This work resonated inside me like a giant carillon bell the moment I saw it in an art history book. There's nothing like finding validation. My heart left with joy.
Life is Art and Art is Life, as Rauschenberg said: neither can be made - they happen.
We find life in connection. Connection to self and to the world we live in. Art is connection. Working at art is working at connection.
Learning is all about finding, and when the mind is open to exploratory adventure the knowledge becomes dynamic, flexible and holographic.
